Our esteemed chef whose culinary journey began in the heart of Guangdong, China. Trained by Chinese Masters, Xiang brings over two decades of experience to Nonla's kitchen. After honing his skills in renowned restaurants across Hong Kong, Xiang ventured to Finland, where he has spent the last 15 years perfecting his craft.
With a passion for fresh, sustainable ingredients, Xiang is the creative force behind our innovative flavors and top-quality dishes.
